摘要：顆粒狀糖果包裝機設(shè)計是典型的機械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，它不僅包括機構(gòu)的尺寸、強度設(shè)計，還包括了傳動機械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。本設(shè)計主要是針對圓臺柱狀巧克力糖的鋁箔紙包裝。設(shè)計主要內(nèi)容有三方面：設(shè)計方案設(shè)計、機械手及進出糖機構(gòu)設(shè)計與傳動系統(tǒng)鏈設(shè)計。
機械手及進出糖機構(gòu)設(shè)計是本設(shè)計功能能否執(zhí)行的靈魂，它也是本設(shè)計的設(shè)計重點之一。它要實現(xiàn)巧克力糖的輸入、折邊、抄底邊、等等功能，直到最后由輸送帶輸出。整個系統(tǒng)功能實現(xiàn)中，機械手要實現(xiàn)的是夾糖、折邊、轉(zhuǎn)送等重要功能，因此對機械手的形狀、夾緊力及轉(zhuǎn)位角度也提出了不同的設(shè)計要求，設(shè)計機械手時，也始終回繞著這幾點進行。
傳動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，作為一個動作執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)，動力是必不可少的，當然對動力的傳遞系統(tǒng)也就顯得尤其重要了。系統(tǒng)功能中要實現(xiàn)機械手轉(zhuǎn)位、送糖盤轉(zhuǎn)位、供紙、剪紙、抄紙、接糖、頂糖及撥糖等功能，它們都需要不同大小的動力，這就需要傳動系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)。如在機械手的轉(zhuǎn)位功能中，為實現(xiàn)間歇的轉(zhuǎn)位功能就得通過傳動鏈中的槽輪機構(gòu)來實現(xiàn)，該機構(gòu)要保證機械手在轉(zhuǎn)到位后，有一定的停留時間，從而為頂糖、接糖及撥糖功能的實現(xiàn)提供必要的機械動作執(zhí)行時間。設(shè)計好的包裝機機構(gòu)正常的生產(chǎn)率為120r/min，且其生產(chǎn)率可在70～130r/min.

Abstract: The grain candy packer design is a typical machine system design. It not only included the organization's size, strength...etc. the design. And it still included the design of the transmission system. This design primarily aims at the circle pillar chocolates' aluminum foil packing. The design only contents contain three sides: Design project design, machine hand and I/O sugar mechanism design and the transmission system design.
It is Soul whether the function of the machine hand and I/O sugar mechanism’s design can carry out in this design. It is also one of the design points of this design. It wants to realize the importation, fold of the chocolates the sides, etc. the function. Until it finally be output by belt conveyer. In whole system function realizes, the machine hand realizes many important function, for example: clip the sugar, fold of the chocolates the sides, transfer...etc. Therefore to the shape of the machine hand, clip the tight dint and turn the angle also bring upped the different design request. When designed the machine hand, it is also proceeding with the center of these points.
System, motive is necessary. Certainly it is particularly important of the power transmission system. In the system function, it must realize moving the machine hand, moving the sugar dish, providing the paper, cutting paper, curling, connecting the sugar, crest the sugar and dialing the sugar etc. All these functions need the different power. It can be controlled with the transmission system. Such as the function of turning machine hand, for realizing a function of intermittent turning it needs the sheave of the transmission to regulate. After the machine turned the assurance position, the mechanism wants to have certainly stop over time, it can take enough time to crest sugar, connect the sugar and dial sugar. The transmission system still guaranteed the normal rate of production of packer to 120 r/ min .At the same time it can be controlled the rate of production at 70 ～ 130 r/ min.
