Abstract

First elaboration of part of the design of erecting machine rack, in accordance with the design criteria and general requirements, initially to determine the shape and size of the bridge machine. Then rack manufacturing quantity, structure, shape and size, the initial development process. Finally, according to the theory of mechanics and mechanics of materials and other related mechanical knowledge, combined with the load requirements for erecting machine, detailed stress analysis and verification of each part of the rack of erecting machine, to ensure the reliability of the bridge machine construction . In this article novel system, appropriate levels of detail illustrated, there are some practical value.
