摘 要
夾具是能夠使產(chǎn)品按一定的技術(shù)要求準(zhǔn)確定位和牢固夾緊的工藝裝置它的主要用于保證產(chǎn)品的加工質(zhì)量減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度輔助產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)展示運(yùn)輸?shù)容S類工件是常見(jiàn)的工程結(jié)構(gòu)提高軸類工件銑床夾具設(shè)計(jì)效率有實(shí)際工程意義
目前世界上許多國(guó)家在計(jì)算機(jī)輔助夾具設(shè)計(jì)方面都做了大量工作我國(guó)在該項(xiàng)領(lǐng)域中尚處于研究階段計(jì)算機(jī)輔助夾具設(shè)計(jì)是通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)軟件程序來(lái)完成夾具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)總裝圖和零件圖的繪制以及制定出夾具零件的制造工藝等主要工作的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的一個(gè)分支傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)床夾具設(shè)計(jì)需要檢索許多資料并花費(fèi)許多繪圖時(shí)間設(shè)計(jì)的效率低成本高機(jī)床夾具設(shè)計(jì)往往還需借助于設(shè)計(jì)者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)計(jì)算機(jī)輔助夾具設(shè)計(jì)的開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用既可縮短設(shè)計(jì)周期又能促進(jìn)機(jī)床夾具的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和系列化
在計(jì)算機(jī)輔助夾具設(shè)計(jì)中主要分為組合夾具和專用夾具設(shè)計(jì)二類而國(guó)際上主要研究的對(duì)象是采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)元件的槽系和孔系的組合夾具當(dāng)前國(guó)外正向開(kāi)發(fā)夾具柔性化系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域努力夾具柔性化主要表現(xiàn)在以下兩方面一是結(jié)構(gòu)的柔性化即廣泛采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)元件的槽系和孔系組合夾具二是夾具設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程柔性化也就是利用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和人工智能把工程師設(shè)計(jì)夾具的過(guò)程描述為一個(gè)軟件系統(tǒng)
