- 中國加入WTO,互聯網的普及,信息技術的發展,以及中國電子商務法律的完善,安全問題的解決,電子商務化的發展漸入佳境，越來越多的企業和個人日益意識到Internet是一塊熱土，建立并推廣企業、個人網站是企業擴大影響，展現自我的虛擬網絡世界。隨著電腦走進千家萬戶，正如八九十年代電視機的普及一樣，電腦網絡也日益成為百姓日常生活中不可或缺的重要部分，而網絡語言作為一種在網絡媒體廣泛作用下所產生的新生事物,不僅對傳統語言，而且對傳統道德也將形成巨大沖擊。由于計算機知識比較薄弱，也沒有掌握一門程序設計語言，所以在制作網頁的時候用到的東西也不是很復雜。但我覺得一個好的網頁最關鍵的部分并不是它用到的東西有多么的復雜，而是它的頁面設計！只有在一個好的頁面設計的前提下才能制作出一個好網頁。不過“條條大路通羅馬”，不管采取什么樣的方法，只要能把網頁做好，我認為就是成功的，就達到了目的。PS是功能強大、迄今為止使用范圍最廣泛的圖像處理軟件。它可以把數字化攝影圖片、剪輯、繪畫、圖形以及現有的美術作品結合在一起,并進行處理,使之產生各種絢麗甚至超越意想的藝術效果。通過在網上大量搜集與本課題有關的文字、圖片、聲音、視頻素材，利用學過的網頁制作的網站發布的知識，建立一個介紹、討論、研究photoshop有關知識的網站。PS教學網站主要是將PS人物的具體方法、步驟、及效果圖片展現出來，教大家怎樣PS出各種效果的人物圖片，“PS人物”網站可以免費的交大家學習Photoshop，可以培養學生濃厚的學習興趣，激發學生的創造力、想象力及美感的培養，形成學習PhotoShop的良好平臺，方便大家的學習及交流，即經濟又節省時間。網站應能夠給訪問用戶提供流覽信息、交流研究成果的方法和手段。給出較詳細設計，討論采用的具體技術。最后完成整個網站的設計，調試并逐步完善整個網站。
