摘要：農產品加工過程中涉及物料分選操作，自動物料分選系統有很多種類。該文研究了農產品物料氣動分選過程的基本技術，現代化生產系統中，對物料實現自動化控制往往是必須的，而氣動分選尤為重要。氣動分選技術主要是根據物料的形狀質量特征分類，通過風力改變物料個體在分選機構中的流動方向，從而形成聚類物料分支以實現產品等級劃分。物料氣動分選在工業中有對煤的分選，在生活中有對生活垃圾分選，以及農產品中的廣泛應用。本文就物料氣動分選系統實現過程中所涉及的技術和應用區域進行簡要的探討。

Discussion on material pneumatic
separation technology
Abstract: The processing of agricultural products process involves sorting operation, automatic material sorting system has many kinds. This paper studies the agricultural product material pneumatic separation processes underlying technology, modern production system, to realize the material automatic control are often required, and pneumatic separation is very important. Pneumatic separation technology is mainly according to the material shape quality classification of characteristics, through the wind change material in a sorting mechanism in the direction of flow, thereby forming a cluster materials branch to achieve product classification. Material pneumatic sorting in industry of coal separation, in the life of living garbage sorting, and agricultural products in a wide range of applications. This material pneumatic sorting system to realize the technology involved in the process and application of regional briefly discussed.

前言
我國是農業大國，對于農業產品的收割后的分選處理技術，急需有大的創新與發展。風力分選的基本原理是氣流將較輕的物料向上帶走或水平方向帶向較遠的地方，而重物料則由于上升氣流不能支持它們而沉降，或由于慣性在水平方向拋出較近的距離。風力分選過程是以各種固體顆粒在空氣中的沉降規律為基礎的。
