Abstract: Currently, car have come into every field of human society, especially in the industrial, agricultural, commercial and international trade, national defence construction .
On the main reducer, it is an important component of the car, located in the terminalof vehicle transmission system, also an important part of the drive axle.Its basic function is a universal transmission device transmits the engine torque through the main reducer, reduce speed, increase torque; the conical gear pair changing torque transmission direction . The assembly precision of main reducer assembly pair is high, the manufacturing and assembly quality of the drive axle and the vehicle has a crucial role in drive axle and even the car.

摘要：當前，汽車以進入人類社會的各個領域,尤其是工業、農業、商業與國際貿易、國防建設。
對主減速器而言，它是汽車的一個重要組成部分，位于汽車傳動系統的末端，也是驅動橋中的一個重要部分，其基本功用是將萬向傳動裝置傳來的發動機轉矩通過主減速器，實現降低轉速、增大轉矩；通過圓錐齒輪副改變轉矩的傳遞方向[2]。主減速器的總成對裝配精度要求很高，其制造與裝配質量對驅動橋乃至整個汽車有至關重要的作用。
