摘 要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的題目是數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺設(shè)計。通過對數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺的設(shè)計，使大學(xué)生在步入社會之前，不僅能夠設(shè)計出數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺，而且能夠掌握機械設(shè)計的方法和步驟。本課題研究的主要內(nèi)容包括：確定數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺的傳動方案；驅(qū)動力計算及其他相關(guān)計算；零件設(shè)計與校核；零件圖的繪制與三維模型建立；繪制裝配圖及運動仿真。
對于數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺的設(shè)計，首先，進行總體方案設(shè)計，傳動方案采用齒輪傳動和蝸桿傳動；然后進行各零件的設(shè)計與校核，蝸桿與軸采用整體式結(jié)構(gòu)；蝸輪與工作臺采用螺釘連接；工作臺的平衡通過止推軸承來保證；箱體由箱座、箱蓋和頂蓋組成，其中箱體上設(shè)計了圓臺和加強筋；最后，對各零件進行裝配。
數(shù)控機床的圓周進給由回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺完成，回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺可以與X、Y、Z三個坐標(biāo)軸聯(lián)動，從而加工出各種球、圓弧曲面等�；剞D(zhuǎn)工作臺可以實現(xiàn)精確的自動分度，擴大了數(shù)控機床加工范圍。目前，數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺主要用于數(shù)控鏜床和銑床。隨著數(shù)控技術(shù)的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛，數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺的應(yīng)用已成為歷史的必然。
