摘要
隨著現代科學技術的發展，工業機械手的應用也越來越廣泛，目前常用的驅動方式是液壓驅動。本文以能夠實現棒料搬運的四自由度的液壓機械手為研究平臺，首先根據該機械手的用途分析了具體的動作要求，對各種液壓回路進行了具體分析，并設計了總的液壓系統原理圖。其次，通過分析執行元件的負載情況，計算了液壓缸和馬達的驅動力和轉矩。根據系統特點初選了系統的工作壓力，并計算了液壓缸的結構尺寸，然后查找機械設計手冊選取了標準值。之后確定了液壓系統的主要參數，同時選擇了合理的液壓元件。最后對液壓系統的性能進行了驗算，并對油箱的結構進行了設計。

Abstract
With the development of modern science and technology, the application of industrial manipulator is more and more extensive.In this paper, the four degree of freedom of the hydraulic manipulator as the research platform,Firstly, according to the use of the robot, the specific action requirements are analyzed, and the various hydraulic circuits are analyzed, and the total hydraulic system schematic diagram is designed.Secondly, the driving force and torque of the hydraulic cylinder and the motor are calculated by analyzing the load of the components.According to the characteristics of the system, the working pressure of the system was chosen, and the structure size of the hydraulic cylinder was calculated, then the standard value of the mechanical design manual was selected.After that, the main parameters of hydraulic system are determined, and the reasonable hydraulic components are selected. At last, the performance of the hydraulic system is checked, and the structure of the oil tank is designed.

引言
機械手是一種按照固定的程序模擬人手的自動操作裝置。它可以實現抓取工件、搬運物料、操持工具等多種功能[1]。自從發明了機械手，工人和技術人員不再重復單調的體力勞動，當面臨危險、惡劣的作業環境時，機械手可以幫助我們完成這些工作，改善了工人的勞動條件，保證了工人的人身安全。
機械手常用的驅動方式有四種：液壓驅動、氣壓驅動、電力驅動和機械驅動，其它的特殊驅動方式，如步進電機驅動、直線電機驅動等應用得還不多。對于一個機械手來說，可以全部采用一種驅動方式(如液壓或者氣壓驅動)，也可以將幾個驅動方式并聯使用(如手臂動作采用液壓驅動，而手部動作則采用氣壓驅動)，根據不同的工作情況來選擇驅動方式。本設計選擇的機械手是車間棒料搬運的液壓機械手，以此為平臺，對其液壓系統進行了設計。...
